Be prepared to be put in the TM waiting list if the coverage area hasn’t reached your location. On the other hand, if your area is already covered but the port is full, you may need to wait until the company discovers the nearest port to your address and apply for port addition.

  1. Open the online SLOF (Sales Inquiry Form) of UniFi at https://unifi.com.my/unifi-en/ijoin/slof.page or https://unifi.com.my/fibre-broadband/check-coverage
  2. Fill in the form according to your information.
  3. After you have inputted all the information requested in the form, provide your phone number as reference if there is a follow-up details regarding the coverage area.
