Otherwise, the service provider will discontinue the service for you. Well, as said earlier, internet bills are one type of bills you must pay. If you are Unifi user, this article will show you what to do to pay your Unifi bills off.

Guess what, paying Unifi bills can be done through many ways. You can pay your bills using any of these items below:

  1. Direct payment to appointed kiosks and ATM (TMPoint, JomPAY via ATM, or PayQuik)
  2. Direct payment to appointed counters (TAD, KK Mart, 99 Speedmart, ONEPAY (M1), 7Eleven, POS Malaysia, etc.)
  3. Paying using e-Wallet (Shopee, Lazada, Touch ‘n Go App, Boost App, or BigPay)
  4. Paying the bills online (JomPAY (internet banking), myunifi mobile app, or unifi.com.my).

For this article, we will show you how to pay Unifi bill using e-Wallet Touch ‘n Go. It’s pretty simple to do it, though. Plus, it doesn’t even take you more than five minutes.

Using Touch ‘n Go

To pay off your Unifi bills using Touch ‘n Go, here is what you can do:

  1. Make sure your gadget is connected to the internet.
  2. Launch your Touch ‘n Go application. Login to your account and make sure that you have enough money in your e-Wallet.
  3. As you log in successfully, find Bills icon on the homepage. Tap on it.
  4. Continue by selecting unifi as the payee. You can find unifi icon under Broadband & Voice Services.
  5. Prepare your account number and the total number you want to pay off. You can pay as minimum as RM 10.00.
  6. As you enter the account number, the account owner’s name will then be shown. Make sure it is right, and tap Pay Now to validate your payment.

  8. The payment is done. Your e-Wallet will alert you that a payment is made.

Using Maybank2u App

For another example, stated below is the procedure to pay Unifi bills using Maybank2u app. Other mobile banking apps usually have similar procedure with this one, but the term is different.

  1. Open the Maybank2u Application.
  2. Enter your Username and Password, Then Press Login.
  3. Press the Pay Icon.
  4. Select New Payee.
  5. Select TM-Unifi.

  7. Enter the Amount To Be Paid and press OK
  8. Please make sure the Amount entered is correct and click Proceed to go to the next step.
  9. Click on Confirm and Pay.

Pay Unifi Bill via CIMB

  1. Click on Pay & Transfer Pay Unifi Bill via CIMB
  2. Click on JomPAY
  3. Key in biller code 3608
  4. If this is your first time to make payment using JomPAY, pop out box will appear. Click Proceed Pay Unifi Bill via CIMB Clicks
  5. Key in your 9 digit mobile account number
  6. Select which account you would like to pay from (by saving account or credit card).
  7. Enter the bill amount to be pay Pay Unifi Bill via CIMBClicks

  1. Open your SMS app. Look for the one that usually remind you to pay the bills, 62100. The date you received the sms may differ, it will follow your billing cycle. Click on the link in the SMS.
  2. You will be redirected to unifi.com.my in your mobile browser. The amount will be shown and you can view your bill first if you wanted to. To proceed with payment, you can either fill up your email (optional) or just proceed with PAY NOW
  3. Without need to login, you will be redirected to payment confirmation page. Here you can choose to use credit card or internet banking. For the purpose of this article, i will be using the latter.
  4. Here is the payment gateway. You can choose any bank that you prefer, and it will redirect you to login into said bank. This is the usual steps and i will not be able to provide you those bank’s screenshot.
  5. Its easy and once you have reached this step, you are good to go.
