Via Tune Talk App

With Tune Talk app, you can do literally anything that relates to the app. The app is downloadable through Play Store for Android, and App Store if you are using iOS. Guess what, it’s also possible to transfer some credits to your friend using Tune Talk App!

Here is what you can do:

1. First, make sure you have the app. As said, you need to download the app via Play Store or App Store.
2. As you download the app, launch the app. You will be prompted to enter your phone number.
3. Then, you will be sent an SMS containing authentication code. Input the code into the provided box.
4. When done successfully, you will be taken to the Tune Talk App homepage.
5. Starting there, find (+) flying button that normally appears on the right, bottom side of the screen. Tap on it.
6. Following the aforementioned step, you can see the pop-up menu. Choose Credit transfer.
7. Enter the sender’s number (your number), followed by the receiver’s number.
8. On the next page, you will be prompted to choose the amount you want to transfer. There are three choices: RM 3.00, 5.00, and 10.00.
9. Once you choose the amount that you want to transfer, proceed by tapping Transfer.
10. Upon a successful transfer, you will be sent a confirmation message. Keep in mind that this process will also deduct another RM 0.50 for both sending and receiving process.

If you plan to transfer some credits to your friend or family member, consider doing it easily by choosing this procedure of how to transfer Tune Talk credit.

1. First, launch your Phone or Call feature.
2. Type *111# from the keypad and dial it to access the menu.
3. Select 4 Credit.
4. Then, choose 2 Transfer.
5. Enter the phone number you plan to send the credit to. Then, enter the amount of transfer.
6. Submit your request.
7. Just like the previous method, you will receive a confirmation SMS if the transfer is successful.

Both methods of how to transfer Tune Talk credit will charge you RM 0.50 for the process fee. This fee will be reduced from both receiver’s and sender’s credit.
